Ingredients:

Poha – 1 cup

Beans – 8 -10 chopped

Pear – ½ cup

Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp

Add Potato – 2 medium-sized, boiled and mashed

Carrot – 1 chopped

Onion – 1 chopped finely

Green chili – 1 chopped finely

Red Chili powder – ½ tsp

Amchoor or dried mango powder – ½ tsp

Soya nuggets – 2 tbsp powdered

Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp

Roasted peanuts – 1 tbsp coarsely ground

Garam Masala – ¼ tsp

Salt to taste

Preparing Method:

  1. Wash well and drain the Poha and keep covering them.
  2. Boil the green peas, beans, and carrots and put in the sieve and free from all the water.
  3. Take a large bowl and mix all the ingredients well and check the ingredients seasonings are in the right quantities.
  4. Make lime size balls with greased palms and flatten near about 1 cm thickness.
  5. Fry on a non-stick pan on medium-high flame till all light brown.

Batata Poha Recipes Cooking Process 

An omnipresent Indian breakfast dish, Batata Poha is best to serve hot with buttered toast.

Ingredients:

Organic Poha – 1½ cup

Onion – 1 finely chopped

Potato – 1, cut into 1-inch slices

Curry leaves – 10 – 12 chopped finely

Green Chili – 2 chopped finely

Mustard seeds – ½ tsp

Green coriander leaves – 2 tbsp, chopped finely

Oil – 2 tbsp

Lemon juice – 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Milk – 2 tbsp

Add Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp

Sugar – 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Rinse the poha well and drain the Poha and keep it covered for about 20 minutes.
  2. In a thick bottomed pan add oil, scramble the mustard seeds and stir in chopped onions, green chilies, and cut into thin strips potato.
  3. Add salt as needed and cook with a covered top opening to stir occasionally till the potato softens.
  4. Add  1 tsp lemon juice, turmeric powder, and sugar. Continue to stir.
  5. Gently stir in the coriander for some time.
  6. Add  2 tbsp milk, mix and cook covered on low heat for 4 or more minutes.

Ingredients for Hypertension Poha Recipe

1 cup Jada Poha 

1/2 cup grated carrots.

1/4 cup boiled green peas.

1/2 cup low-fat curds 

1/2 cup grated white pumpkin.

1/2 cups water

1 tsp sugar

1 tbsp green chili-ginger paste

2 pinch turmeric powder 

2 pinch red chili powder

1 tsp oil

1 tsp mustard seeds 

2 tsp sesame seeds 

2 pinch asafoetida

1/4 tsp salt

2 tsp oil for cooking

Take thick beaten rice flakes, dipped buttermilk for 20 minutes in sieved and curd.

We’ll add ginger garlic and green chili paste.

Then add Green peas, Grated carrots, Grated white pumpkin, Small amount of sugar and salt to taste.
